These terms apply to the MADventures website. Purchases made through Etsy are also governed by Etsy's own policies, checkout terms, payment terms, and buyer protections.
What We Offer
MADventures is a creative studio offering custom website design and development, creative direction, brand objects, faith-rooted goods, product concepts, artwork, accessories, 3D printing-related work, and other practical creative services.
Website content, service descriptions, product descriptions, pricing, timelines, availability, and examples may change at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is always complete, current, or free from error.
Products, Etsy, and Third-Party Checkout
Our shop section may show products available through Etsy or another third-party marketplace. Product purchases, payments, shipping, taxes, marketplace messages, order status, refunds, cancellations, and returns may be handled by Etsy, Printify, production partners, shipping carriers, or other third-party providers.
Product colors, textures, scale, placement, and materials may vary slightly from photos or mockups because of screen settings, printing processes, production methods, and handmade or made-to-order variations. We care about quality and clarity, but small differences are part of physical goods.
If a product listing links to Etsy, please review the active Etsy listing before purchase. The Etsy listing controls the final product details, price, shipping settings, return policy, and checkout experience for that item.
Custom Work and Creative Services
Submitting a contact form or asking about a project does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or require us to accept the project. A custom project begins only when we both agree to the scope, pricing, timeline, payment schedule, and deliverables.
For custom website or creative work, you are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, brand materials, approvals, content, images, and feedback in a timely way. Delays in feedback, missing assets, or changes in scope may affect pricing and timelines.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time. If the request changes, the project may need a revised estimate. Deposits, milestone payments, final payments, revisions, cancellations, and launch responsibilities may be handled in a separate written agreement or invoice terms.
We may decline requests that are unsafe, unlawful, misleading, hateful, exploitative, infringing, or not a good fit for the studio.
Intellectual Property
The MADventures name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, product artwork, photos, code, layouts, and other original materials on this site are owned by MADventures or used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use our materials as your own without written permission.
If you provide materials to us for a custom project, you confirm that you own those materials or have permission to use them. You grant us permission to use those materials as needed to review, quote, design, build, revise, and deliver the requested work.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, we may display completed work, project names, screenshots, descriptions, and general process notes in our portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials. If confidentiality is needed, tell us before the project begins so we can decide whether a private arrangement is possible.
User Submissions
When you send us messages, ideas, files, references, or project details, you remain responsible for that content. Do not send anything unlawful, confidential without warning, infringing, harmful, or content you do not have the right to share.
You give us permission to read, store, review, discuss, and use your submission as needed to respond to you, provide support, estimate work, or perform agreed services.
Third-Party Links and Featured Work
This site may link to Etsy, Instagram, project websites, hosting platforms, production partners, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, their policies, their security, or their business practices.
Featured project screenshots and descriptions are provided to show the kind of work we have built or contributed to. Third-party websites may change after we feature them.
No Professional Advice
